1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BMG Tours website (bmgtour.com) and our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book any services.

2. Services

BMG Tours provides tour planning, safari packages, travel consultation, hotel bookings, and related travel services primarily focused on South Sudan and the wider East African region. All itineraries, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from BMG Tours.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa), and other payment methods as displayed at checkout are accepted.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 30–59 days before travel: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • 15–29 days before travel: 25% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.

5. Travel Requirements

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid:

  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date)
  • Visas and travel permits
  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate (required for South Sudan)
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability

BMG Tours is not liable for any losses or expenses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

6. Liability

BMG Tours acts in good faith and takes every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and comfort. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
  • Personal injury, illness, or loss of property during travel, except where caused by our negligence.
  • Government actions, civil unrest, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or fuel surcharges.

7. Conduct

BMG Tours reserves the right to remove any traveller from a trip if their behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of local laws. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of BMG Tours and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Juba, South Sudan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
